Becca Carrell is a Florida native who began working for In Motion in 2018.  Becca received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. In her time at UCF, she walked on to the Women’s Rowing team as a coxswain. Following her novice year, Becca earned her way into the coxswain seat of the Varsity 8 for one of the largest regattas in the US, the Head of the Hooch. In her final season, she helped the Knights bring home a silver medal at the American Athletic Conference championship. 

After UCF, Becca completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, known for their heavily orthopedic-based curriculum and emphasis on manual therapy. Since graduating with her DPT, Becca has expanded her skills through a variety of continuing education courses including training in spinal stabilization, the Graston Technique, Dry Needling and most recently entered the realm of women’s health studying conditions in pregnancy and postpartum. As a former college athlete, Becca understands the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys helping her patients reach their goals. In addition to orthopedics, Becca finds her work with young children and those experiencing vertigo to be especially fulfilling.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys weekend trips to St. Augustine with her husband Drew, cuddling with her German Shorthaired Pointers and spending quality time with her family.
