We typically perform Orthotics Casting after a referral is given by a physician or podiatrist. Patients typically requires custom orthotics when shoes or an over-the-counter orthotic cannot meet their specific needs, like after a surgery. We take specific measurements and apply plaster casts to make a replica of your foot. An outside company uses these casts to create a custom orthotic in 2-3 weeks time.
